Hoshiarpur is known for its educational institutions like having S.D.
college, Govt. college, D.A.V. college, Polytechnic, I.T.I.
etc. but there was a deficiency of professional medical
training institutions. This was realised by The founders
of
" Dogra Medical Institution"
to fulfill deficiency and
serving the nation by training & promoting educated medical
professionals.
This institute is affiliated with P.M.T.S. of India (Central
board) New Delhi and Regd. by Govt. of India,
New Delhi. The institute was inaugurated in 19 June 2004 by Sh. Ramesh
chander Dogra, former health minister of Punjab.
We sincerely wish and dedicate our best efforts towards
excellent coaching and practical training that will help
medical students shape their future career in both India or
abroad.
The
institute is situated at 606, Subash Nagar, Opp. Tanda by pass,
Parbhat Chowk, Near Presidency Hotel, Hoshiarpur
